r We are happy to offer classic gluten free lasagna noodles. In Italy the flat lasagna noodle is preferred over the wavy version. Our classic lasagna noodles are crafted in Italy using time-honored production methods. Our master pasta artisans use bronze dyes and slow drying to create award-winnning taste and texture. Jovial brown rice lasagna is as close to traditional as gluten free can be. Don’t worry! If you prefer wavy noodles over flat, we offer those too.

r Several years ago, Carla approached a Tuscan pasta factory with the idea of making an organic glutenf ree pasta with only one ingredient, organic brown rice flour. She also asked that the pasta be pressed with traditional bronze dyes, not with the Teflon dyes used by today’s large pasta manufacturers. Additionally, the pasta had to be dried at low temperatures. No small feat for gluten free, but she had a hunch that jovial customers would taste & appreciate the difference.
