r The purest expression of our chocolate, made from only two ingredients: single origin Dominican cacao and organic raw cane sugar. We make Cacao Puro with Oaxacan stone mills, grinding the cacao twice – once by itself, then a second time with the sugar. This minimal process lends Cacao Puro its rustic stone ground texture and bright wine-like flavor.
