r You will need: 4 egg whites or *egg free, ¼ cup oil, 1 Tbps. vinegar, 1-2/3 cups warm water.
r Heat oven to 350 degrees.Spray a large bread loaf pan with non-stick spray.
r Mix bread mix, yeast (packet included), egg whites, oil, vinegar, and water on high speed for 4 minutes.Transfer to pan.Spray plastic wrap with non-stick spray.Use this to smooth top of bread.Loosely cover.Let rise until doubled in size, 30-40 minutes.
r Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.Cool before cutting.To enjoy later, slice then freeze.
r Yield: 1 large loaf
r *Egg Free: omit eggs.Add additional 1/3 cup warm water.
