r A pregnancy-safe version of my urinary tract infection remedy; a blend of herbs traditionally used for relief of symptoms in the bladder and kidneys.

r This blend is a mild diuretic, so should not be taken for extended periods of time without consulting with a practitioner about replacing critical electrolytes that may become depleted. Make sure you get adequate amounts of liquids as well as potassium and magnesium, and do not use the tincture for more than three days – if symptoms are not gone by then, your problem may be serious enough to require medical attention. Consult a practitioner immediately if you have any fever, blood in urine, or sever pain. If you are pregnant and notice any contractions after taking this tincture, stop immediately as you may be hypersensitive to some of the ingredients.

Directions
r Take 5 drops every two hours in a large glass of water or unsweetened cranberry juice (which may be diluted with water).
