Directions

- r Preheat oven to 350
- r Combine 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon (130g) very warm water, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and the contents of this package in a medium mixing bowl, then beat on high for two minutes.
- r Liberally oil a pizza pan, then place the 12″ circle of parchment paper (included) on the oiled surface – the oil will help hold the parchment paper in place.
- r Using a rubber spatula, scrape sticky dough onto center of the parchment paper and spread evenly all the way to the edge.
- r Let rise in a warm place for 20 – 30 minutes.
- r Bake crust 15 minutes or until slight browning occurs on the edge.
- r Let crust cool 10 minutes, then cover with your favorite toppings. Then bake at 350F till the toppings are done and the cheese is melty and starting to brown.
