How to Use

Run It Warm, Not Hot
Comfortably warm — too hot raises the heart rate and works against the wind-down. Pour 1 cup under the tap and let the salt fully dissolve.

Dim the Lights
Soft light, no screens. The bath is half the work; the environment around it is the other half. Candle is optional but on-brand.

Soak 20 Minutes, Then Bed
