How to Use
Ensure the pencil point is fine. Fill your brows with light, hair-like strokes in the direction of your natural hair growth, focusing on sparse areas. Concentrate the pigment on the arch and the tail of your eyebrow. The area that is closer to your nose should be less dense.
A little goes a long way! After applying the pencil, use the spoolie end to blend the color into brows using light strokes in the direction of the hair growth.
About the Brand
After the birth of her first child, Plume Founder and First Lady, Lauren Bilon, suffered from significant hair and eyelash loss.
