Suggested Use
Insert tampon using the plastic applicator, changing every 4-8 hours depending on flow. Never leave a tampon in for more than 8 hours. Choose Regular for light to normal flow days and Super for heavier flow days. Always use the lowest absorbency needed for your flow to reduce TSS risk.
