Each delayed-release tablet contains 20 mg of Omeprazole, which works by deactivating the acid-producing pumps in the stomach lining. Unlike antacids that provide immediate but temporary relief, Omeprazole is intended for a 14-day course of treatment to provide long-lasting relief.
