Description
🌿 Green Tea🍋 Lemon Blend☕ Light Caffeine🌿 Loose Leaf
Tea-shop lemonade — green tea built around real lemongrass, lemon zest and a flash of yellow petals.
The brew is the colour of fresh lemonade and tastes like one — bright citrus on a soft green-tea base, layered through with lemongrass and lemon zest rather than sweetener. Yellow safflower petals scattered through the leaf catch the light when the tin opens.
Hot, the cup is gently citrus and herbal. Iced, it earns its name: brewed double-strength and poured over ice, it’s closer to a real summer lemonade than to a tea — minus the sugar.

Tasting Notes
🍋
Lemon Zest
Aroma
Bright, slightly oily citrus — the smell of fresh peel rather than synthetic flavour. Sets the cup’s direction before the first sip.
🌾
Lemongrass Body
Body
The lemongrass deepens the citrus side — a more herbal, slightly grassy lemon note that the zest alone wouldn’t carry. It’s what stops the cup tasting one-dimensional.
✨
Light Sweet Finish
Aftertaste
The green-tea base closes the cup with a soft, slightly sweet finish — no bitterness if you steep on time, no harsh edges from the citrus.
How to Brew
01
Measure
One level teaspoon (about 2g) per 8oz cup. Slightly more for an iced brew.
02
Heat the Water
80–85°C / 175–185°F. Boiling water on green tea pulls bitterness from the leaf — bring the kettle just shy of a boil.
03
Steep 2–3 Minutes
Two minutes for a brighter, citrus-forward cup. Three for a fuller body. Strain cleanly — over-steeping mutes the lemon.

80–85°C
Time
2–3 min
Per Cup
1 tsp
For the iced lemonade version, brew double-strength, sweeten lightly with honey while still warm, then pour over ice with a slice of fresh lemon. The closest tea-shelf substitute for a proper hot-day lemonade.
About the Tea
🌿
Chinese Green Tea
The Base
A soft Chinese green leaf — round and slightly sweet, smooth enough to let the citrus and lemongrass sit forward without competing.
🌾
Lemongrass & Zest
The Citrus Layer
Cut lemongrass stalks for a herbal lemon note, dried lemon zest for the bright top edge. Two ingredients doing different parts of the same job — together they make the cup taste like real fruit, not flavouring.
🌼
Safflower Petals
The Look
Bright yellow petals scattered through the blend. Cosmetic rather than flavour — they confirm at a glance that the tea is whole-leaf, freshly blended, and built around real ingredients.
In the tin
Green tea, lemongrass, lemon zest, yellow safflower petals, natural lemon flavour.
Origin & Sourcing
Green tea from China — a soft, lightly fired leaf chosen for its clean finish. Lemongrass and lemon zest folded through the blend in small batches, with safflower petals for colour. Built to brew either hot or iced, with no sugar required to make the cup work.
