Harmonic Arts Rhodiola Tincture has been used in herbal medicine as an adaptogen to possibly help temporarily relieve symptoms of stress such as mental fatigue and sensation of weakness as well as possibly helping to support cognitive function.* Also provides antioxidants.*

Recommended Dose:

Adults 2ml 3 times per day. 50/100ml bottles come with dropper tops. 500/1L bottles come with screw caps.

Cautions and Warnings:

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are taking antidepressant medication, or if you are taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or birth control pills, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.

Contraindications:

If you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder, do not use this product.

Known Adverse Reactions:

If you experience irritability or insomnia, discontinue use.
