Recommneded Dose:

Use – 5mL 3 times per day.
Take in warm water 20-30 minutes before meals.
Additional Dosage Information: 1 teaspoon = 5mL

Contradictions:

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have a bile duct obstruction, or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. If you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face and/or feet), or are taking products containing diuretics, do not use.

Known Adverse Reactions:

Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Laxative effect may occur. Discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, nausea, fever, or vomiting. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abdominal heart beat and/or difficulty breathing.

Try this refreshing iced infusion to restore your body for Spring!

What You’ll Need:

1 Large Mason Jar

2 cups Boiled Water

2 tbs Harmonic Arts Cleanse Artisan Tea

4 dropperfuls Harmonic Arts Liver TLC Tincture

Lime Slices

1 Handful of Fresh Mint

Honey or Maple Syrup to taste

How to Make Your Restorative Iced Tea:

1. Place Cleanse Blend Tea in a large mason jar.
2. Fill mason jar by pouring boiled water over the tea leaves.
3. Seal the jar with a tight-fitting lid to keep the steam and volatile oils from escaping.
4. Allow the infusion to steep until the water cools to room temperature, or for a minimum of 4 hours. Add honey or maple syrup to taste, if desired.
5. Strain tea from infusion using a fine-mesh strainer. Add lime slices and fresh mint leaves and refrigerate.
6. Sip when you need a refreshing and cleansing pick-me-up!
