Harmonic Arts California Poppy Tincture has been Traditionally used in herbal medicine as an analgesic and as a mild sedative and/or sleep aid.*

Recommended Dose:

Adults 1-4ml 1-3 times per day. 50/100ml bottles come with dropper tops. 500/1L bottles come with screw caps.

Cautions and Warnings:

• Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
• Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding.
• Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative and/or analgesic properties is not recommended.
• Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia).

Contraindications:

Do not use if you are pregnant.

Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle, or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
