r Totally free from GMO’s and low in starch. Sprouted wheat is NOT gluten free. However, because of its low starch content, some people who have been on a gluten-free diet have been able to eat sprouted flour.

r Sprouting neutralizes potent carcinogens and enzyme inhibitors, as well as phytic acid present in the bran of all grains that inhibits absorption of calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, and zinc.
