To rehydrate mix 1/4 cup yogurt powder with 1 1/2 cups warm water. Completely mix in 1 teaspoon guar gum (thickener). Let stand 5 minutes. Add sweetener and/or fruit if desired. NOTE: This product is not recommended as a starter.
Dehydrated nonfat yogurt (cultured nonfat milk solids).
