Bilberry is a European variety of blueberry, and are commonly known as huckleberries in the United States. They are also known by the common names bleaberry, whortleberry, shinberry, mountain blue berry and whinberry.
To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of herb. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
