Suggested Use
Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician. Apply a pea-sized amount to toothbrush and brush for at least two minutes. Spit out after brushing and rinse mouth thoroughly with water. Do not swallow toothpaste.
