Directions

r Cooking Instructions: 1 cup 10 grain cereal, 1/2 tsp. Salt, 3 cups Water. Directions: For a savory hot breakfast cereal, bring water and salt to a boil.  Add cereal, turn heat down, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Makes 2 – 1/2 cups. Serve with honey or brown sugar and milk. Also great with added fruit and/or nuts.
