Q2. Why is there maltodextrin in the blend?
The maltodextrin in this blend isn’t something we’ve added, but rather it’s a sub-ingredient of the organic coconut milk powder that we use. It’s difficult to source coconut milk powder without maltodextrin because of the nature of the product being high in oils and fats that often lead to clumping. Maltodextrin prevents coconut milk powder from clumping to ensure you have the best experience with your blend.

The Birthday Cake Blend is refined sugar-free, and contains 1 gram of sugar from coconut sugar. It does not contain any artificial sweeteners.
