Description
r When planting garlic, each “clove” is placed root-end-down in the soil during the fall. Over the winter it waits… then it sends up a shoot of green to welcome spring. In early summer, it grows a “bulb” made up of many cloves and the cycle begins again. We benefit from its prolificacy! The cloves are harvested, dried, and granulated for use in your favorite dishes.
