Ortho Bone contains key nutrients that help to maintain bone health and may prevent disorders like osteoporosis.* MCHC (bone meal) is a good source of calcium available and may prevent bone loss.* Vitamin D may be good for calcium absorption.* Vitamin K (menatetrenone) attempts to increase bone density and possibly reduces the risk of bone fracture.* Strontium may help bone building cells while reducing bone resorption.*
Small doses of other nutrients are also important for bone health.* Boron may decreases calcium excretion.* Manganese, zinc, copper and silicon attempt to have bone building abilities.* Vitamin B12 and folic acid help to regulate homocysteine, which is toxic to protein fibers in the bone.*

Recommended Use:
