3M™ Cavilon™ No Sting Barrier Film is an alcohol-free barrier film that is applied to the skin without stinging. Featuring a unique blend of polymer chemistry, it is fastdrying and forms a non-sticky, sting-free, durable, long-lasting, waterproof protective coating that is breathable and transparent to allow for continuous visualization and monitoring of the skin. It is a non-cytotoxic barrier film with a low dermatitis potential that can be used on both intact and damaged skin, providing clinically supported skin protection against moisture-associated skin damage (MASD) and for IV and vascular access sites.
