r Pouring pure maple syrup from a glass bottle often results in way too much or not nearly enough of the sweet topping. Maple Valley now has a solution that delivers just the right amount of syrup without the messy drips. Grade A Dark Robust (formerly Grade B) is now available in a BPA-free plastic 12oz squeeze bottle with a silicone spout.

r The Grade A Dark Robust syrup is from the sap harvested toward the end of the maple season in the spring. The dark color indicates a deep maple flavor that’s usually preferred as table syrup or for baking. A new maple grading system classifies all pure maple syrup as Grade A, with the intention of clarifying that all maple syrup is processed equally, and therefore includes a variety of flavors and colors depending on the time of year they were produced.

r Farmers of the Maple Valley Cooperative work together using traditional methods to extract the clear, sugary substance, drip by drip. Wisconsin maple sap contains two to three percent sugar, straight out of the tree. Nothing is added. No colorings, no preservatives, no corn syrup or artificial flavorings. It’s just good, delicious maple syrup.
