Sampson’s Lemongrass is a pure single-botanical essential oil from Cymbopogon citratus, steam-distilled from the grass blades. High in citral — the compound that gives lemongrass its signature sharp-citrus-green character and the reason it’s used in summer-evening outdoor sprays around the world.

How to Use

Diffuse
Add 3–5 drops to an ultrasonic diffuser per 100 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then pause — continuous diffusion isn’t more effective and can desensitize the nose.

Dilute Heavily for Skin Use
This is a strong topical — dilute to no more than 0.5–1% for any skin application (3–6 drops per 30 ml of carrier oil). Patch-test before broader use. Avoid during pregnancy. Not for children under 6.

Store Cool & Dark
Keep the bottle sealed in a drawer or cupboard away from heat. Most steam-distilled oils last 1–3 years unopened, around 2 years once opened.
